    Now a days noticing that my handset becomes to heated up when battery charging is on. I think I need to replace the battery. Pls suggest from where I can source the same.

    It would help greatly if you told us your location. In any case though, the online merchants such as Amazon would be a good place to start.

    First have a look at Shop.Blackberry then Amazon. Or simply search BlackBerry Q10 Battery on Google and see what local websites near you offer them for sale.
