If you're going to suggest autoloader, you might want to tell this person which autoloader to get and where to get it.

The reload, The Easy Way, is exactly what this person is doing. The page doesn't list the individual steps, so unless it works perfectly, it's pretty useless. It basically says plug your phone in, select Reload, and follow the instructions...

I'm trying for last time to get the software via BlackBerry Link -> Preferences and it seems to be working (until now) it's on the 30%... And I didn't understand very well what our other mate suggested so if this last time doesn't work, I will wait until tomorrow for a friend to download the software and bring it here so he can install it directly from the PC to the phone as he said to me that it might won't be working on the internet because the file is too big and my internet connection might not be as fast as it should for a file like this.

In any case, I will notify here what happened with my phone after this last chance all by myself.
