    Hello! I have been loving my Q10 battery charger pack, but for some reason it has started to "turn off" and the little LED light on top isn't glowing. I know the button is there---does it have to be "turned on" or something? I don't remember it coming with instructions/directions. I can press and hold the button to make it "glow", but it wont' go back to "blinking" like it did before to show it was charging. Help?

    Re-Check you charger cable connections to be sure they are connected correctly. It is easy to have connected it upside down.
