[CrackBerry Question]

Hi
here's the problem :
- bought my Blackberry Passport (Opened the box myself, it was new , NOT used)
- registered my BB into it.
- next day I updated my OS to 10.3.3.2163 (as the default updater suggested)
- Now , after a month or so, I decided to disable BB protect.

I go to setting, disable it, enter my bbid and password, and see it being disabled after a few seconds.
when I check it again, it's still disabled as it's supposed to be.

BUT when I restart , I go to setting and see it's enabled again !!!!
have tried it a few times. always the same.

Any Ideas ?

Disable it both online and on the device. Then restart.
