I used to have a blackberry bold 9300 and bought my Z10... today I was mugged and they robbed my old blackberry - the bold one .

When I bought my Z10, I think I accidentally removed from the BlackBerry Protect page and I just noticed today when I logged in and tried to clean up my stolen phone. Is there any other way to associate this blackberry to my blackberry id, as I have the IMEI and PIN?

    I appreciate any help!

Are you saying that you had not stored any information on BlackBerry Protect?

    I used too...

I usually do my backup using the blackberry desktop software... and I know that my bold was register in BlackBerry Protect because when I bought my Z10 I saw both of my blackberrys in it but yesterday when I opened, I just saw my Z10, I probably delete it by mistake
