I sold my vlassic on eBay as the phone had completely died on me the person who bought it has managed to bring it back to life,but the phone is asking for my log in details as I still had blackberry protect activated,I've gone into the blackberry website and removed the device from there but it's still asking for my log in details,email address and passwords,Im not omfortable giving them out as I use the details on another device,what I'm I doing wrong guys any help would be grateful.

You have to give him your details. Or give him his money back, since you would him a brick.
Just change your password to something temporary, give it him, let him use the device, then change the password again.

Blackberry Protect and ID should also be disabled on the device so you will have to provide the buyer with you log in details. Otherwise it is a brick you sold him.
Before disabling BlackBerry Protect on the device, the device must be disconnect from the internet and stay that way until after BlackBerry Protect is disabled from the website. That is to make sure the device would not communicate with the BlackBerry Protect server and got Protect activated again.
