    My 9 month old Blackberry priv has suddenly lost its volume. Even up on high, everything is only whisper loud. Have I accidentally muted something? Or is the phone broken. I've tried putting it on safe mode and problem still there. Help!

    And to my annoyance, the supposedly one year free blackberry support for the priv has been stopped.

    Hello try the following: clear your cache in settings storage right after hold down power button during at least 32 seconds as your PRIV cycles thru reboot process. This is a reboot that simulates battery pull.
    Also check all apps with permissions to sound / volume that none are active.
    Then run BlackBerry Virtual app tests.
    Let's see how it goes.
