[CrackBerry Question]

hi, i just upgraded from Blackberry Z30 to Blackberry PRIV.
the problem i am having , there is no sound on any sms or msm messages no matter what. i tried all the sitting in the phone and still notification for SMS and MMS silent

Hello...swipe down settings. Select apps. Select Messages (which is the installed sms app that come standard with PRIV), Select App permissions make sure SMS is on, go back and Select Notifications, Select app settings...make sure get notification is ON, you can select SOUND,hear outgoing messages, etc..

Also if you have app widget Messages on any screen you can open, top right 3 dots go to settings. But make sure your app permissions are enabled as put above.

Please go and update all your apps.
The BlackBerry apps may not tell you about an update if it's the first time.
Go to play store, search for BlackBerry and check manually for an update to the apps.

i tried all that and never worked, but i did found a solution ,,
I HAD TO LOG TO MY BBM AND IT START TO WORK,
