I hear that the newer versions of the Blackberry Priv has a built in FM Radio , but then I also hear that there is not one at all. So is there one , but not turned on? or just not one at all?

Technically the PRIV does have the hardware, but it has not been activated.

The FM radio isn't listed as a feature, so I kinda doubt they will ever bother.
