    I tried many headsets, and the result is same with all of them. The sound on headset is perfectly fine with Whatsapp, music playing, youtube, etc.
    But with the phone app ONLY, I have only one channel working. The other is mute.
    I tried with another phone app, but the result is the same.
    So I get only channel only when I make/receive calls. The weird thing is that: when I use a bluetooth headset, it works fine.
    I tried reboot, clear defaults, force stop, etc.
    Can anyone help me solving this mystery??

    Are your headsets ones with a mic or just headphones? And which phone are we talking about?
