    Blackberry priv is not loading to home page. Its stuck on cycling the shapes. How do I fix???

    Two things to try:

    1 (the easy option) wait it out. Occasioanlly,mine takes an AGE to fire it up - I just make sure it's plugged it to power and eventually it gets there

    2. Go through the 3/12/32 second reset options -see Restart methods for BlackBerry powered by Android smartphones
