blackberry priv cant send email with attachments and restore problem

got new priv
Model : stv100-4
android version 6.0.1
I have 4 different email setups, receiving no problem, sending only text no problem
but cant send any email from any of them with attachments
please advise
and
cant restore from old /last backup
connection to blackberry desktop fails.

I can send e-mails with attachments from all three accounts that I have set up on my phone with no issues. What problem exactly are you facing? You can't attach files to your emails, sending fails or something else?

BlackBerry desktop software unfortunately doesn't support BB Android phones so you'll have to find other ways for backup.

Got the same problem with the hub+ suit and with my Moto X Force. Cant answer calls, the middle button(circle) doesnt work.

email without attachments no problem , when I attach any doc or picture to the email it does get attached but the email fails so emails with attachments fail.
and
I have old backup on blackberry link but I don't know how to restore to priv I have tried connect but its hangs while transfer.
