    Hi, can i ask for help? My blackberry passport was working well the other day. Suddenly, i cant connect to wifi saying limited connection problem. However my other device connects perfectly well. I tried to use my other device as hotspot and connevt my passport with it but still says connection is limited. What can i do?

    Have you tried rebooting the phone and the wifi router?
