    Hi i have recently purchased BlackBerry passport SE and during its use, it restarts by itself. its quite annoying. I have had used passport frosty white colour with out any issues. can somebody assist me in identifying the root cause and fix.

    Remove your Sim card and If you have a media card remove it too.
    Hard reboot device...hold power button down for 20-30 seconds until red LED flashes and device boot logo reappears.
    If not too inconvenient try to use device for a while to see if problem persists.
    It's possible that the cards are initiating the restarts.
    If no issues occur reinsert your cards, but if issues persist reload or upgrade your OS.
    If that too fails then avoid headaches and consider returning device if it's within warranty
