When i bought the passport i tried them with the radio and everything worked fine. Now the headphones are not detected anymore, i tried different headphones but nothing. Is there a way to fix it?
ps: I tried the bb headphones with another phones and they works
Try them in another device if they work then u have a problem with ur passport perhaps

Maybe your headphone jack has broken

Screws come loose underneath top cover. I've had to retighten several times. Finally put tape on top of screw heads to keep them from backing out.
