What do you mean with pebble time? so far pebble (i use the one from playstore with pebble steel), pebble dialer, pebble music and pblcamera working with my passport. I'm on 10.3.2.680
What other smart watches are known to work with BB10?

Thats about it. All the other watches people know about use proprietary ecosystems: IOS/AndroidWear.
Pebble Time is the New OS running on the new series of Pebble, which one day is also said to be available for Pebble Steel
