    Was wondering if anyone had this issue and solved it before I reset my entire device.

    I own a Passport and a Q10.
    I have switched device from Q10 to Passport succesfully.

    But recently, Link does not recognize my Passport anymore through USB. With a little effort it did recognize through Wifi (after signing in/out). But to make a backup that is no use. Blend works through Wifi.

    Mass storage works fine, I can see what is on SD card in the Passport.
    The ol' Q10 is succesfully recognized in Link on the same USB cable/slot.
    The Q10 has once been system-updated by using an auto installer.

    Running latest Link software, reinstalled everything.
    Windows 7, 64bit.
    Device software version 10.3.1.1779 on both devices.
    (alas no software update to 10.3.2 is being found as update yet on either device)

    Wipe the Passport?

    10.3.2 is available for all devices from CB. Check the Leaked OS forum for the links.
    Reload the OS on the Passport
