    As my keypad is not working sicnce 2-3 months. And I was using only with touch. But one day I decided to do security wipe and sell the phone, and buy a new one. But security wipe stuck at 98% and I have to do the format of the phone with the help of BlackBerry link. Bt when I tried to start the phone it stuck at keypad gesture check....plz help me how to skip and use my phone like before?

    Reload software to 10.2 or 10.3 but PLZ check that it's not. 10.3.3.746 because that's the developer OS and incomplete. Check forums on how to load software using autoloader
