    There was some network problem initially and i restarted the device but its hung at that stage. I restarted many times but it again comes and stuck at same place again. Please help.

    I own a Z30 and it does the same thing once in a while.
    I learned from someone with LOTS of experience in the forums to press and hold the up & down volume buttons, and at the same time press and hold the power button (I know, a little weird... but it works) until the Blackberry logo comes on again, let go of all buttons and it will boot.
