I'm having some problem with the rear camera of the BlackBerry Passport. It's having a hard time focusing, when I keep on pressing the subject that I need to focus it focuses and goes to blurred. Help me out please.

A "hard reboot" simply requires you to hold power button down for about 25 seconds until red LED flashes and BlackBerry boot logo appears. It will not wipe your device or remove contacts.

A "device reset" will wipe your device and remove your contacts.
