    I'm using a BlackBerry passport unlocked version in China, using China mobile SIM card. Passport is almost perfect except for the fact that the name of the caller is not displayed when there's incoming call.

    1. Tried the smart dialing but failed. A pop up message shows ( the feature is not available with your service provider, for more info contact your service provider)

    2. Within Security & Privacy setting, I registered my phone number into the SIM card section but no good result.

    Please help!!!
