I have always used blackberry since its introduction, I now have a passport which I have to keep hard resetting around 6/7 times a week with issues such as key board not lighting up in dark, freezing screen constantly,deleting contacts, screen over-sensitive can anyone help as this is the biggest piece of nonsense I have ever had and trying to talk with a real person is like trying to talk to the queen

It might be possible that you have a lot of static electric charge building up on your clothes and interfering with the device. Do you have a flip case on it?

I would do security wipe and clean install see if the problem persist
