    1. The BlackBerry OS 10.3.3.2049 is already available in Italy? If not, anyone knows when it will be available?
    2. I have some problem with BBLink when I do the backup: BBLink doesn't go ahead when is make the copy of "Blackberry run time". When it's copying this item the percentage increases but then stops (more or less at 50% of the backup).

    As far as I know, there is no availability of 10.3.3 in Italy, I am waiting for the upgrade to come OTA

    Still haven't received the latest 10.3.3 update here in the (UK) yet! But from what I'm reading, blackBerry have screwed it up,there seems to be loads of problems with users phones and WiFi faults, and no screen rotation working!
