Do you know if BlackBerry OS 10.3.0.296 autoloader is available for Q10 (SQN100-1) for ANYWHERE other then FileFactory?

1. Should the Apps Bar file be installed separately after installing the OS?
2. What is the is difference b/w the "Radio" and the regular OS file?

Yup install after installing the OS
And radio is what goes along with the OS making it possible to connect to a network

You will have to add the q10 radio from dev os 10.3.0.700 to the core os 10.3.0.296 to make it work. Otherwise it will not work. You will get an error after loading the os
