    I had this issue on my Passport on AT&T. I loaded a leaked OS and it fixed it. Can't recall if I had the issue with my Z30 on verizon. I loaded Leaked OS on that as well.

    Yep location services are on and I'm on Rogers. Tried re installing app but didn't work.
