What version of 10.3.3?

Did you check for updates in BBW?

How did you do the update?

Don't know of an easy fix, but I'd suggest reinstalling the OS with an Autoloader.

Since the update my maps are mute
= no voice... It used work flawlessly
But since the update there iso voice
I went through all the settings and they are "on" I restarted the phone But no luck

In the above link... look for "AutoLoaders (courtesy of Thurask)

Should be two links, one to Google Drive and another to Mega... choose one and it will take you to the Autoloaders. You'll have to pick the one that works with your device.

I realize that maybe your aren't english speaking, and not sure how that page is being translated.

Think it's the 2nd paragraph that is titled "Need help installing 10.3.3 on your device?" Click on the link that says "..... using an Autoloader" Then try to careful read the whole post.

There is a section on unzipping the RAR file which should leave you with an EXE to run.
