    I was using my blackberry link on my windows 8 when all of a sudden when I connected it it kept on shwing the error message that the usb has malfunctioned on the computer and it does not recognise it I have tried to uninstall it and rebbot my system but still nothing. help!!!!

    Ok try a different cable, try a different USB port, reboot BOTH devices, and if that does not work we will try something else.
