I have been using bb link to sync between my bb z10 and outlook 2007 with no problem now it don't work

Have you change anything.

Let us know what you have tried to do..... reboot phone, computer, checked for updates..... any error messages?

I had to switch computers, both windows 7, reinstalled all soft ware re; outlook 2007 and BB Link, worked fine on old computer, does not show any error message's it looks like it's syncing but when I open outlook no changes to contacts or calendar, settings are the same, all other sync functions work fine.

I know it sounds too simple, but have you tried restarting your PC? That solves 99% of communications issues between a PC and a BB10 device in my experience.

I like my Blackberry, this is my 2nd one, I had a 9810 torch, outstanding phone and I'm on my 2nd Playbook, but this has got me stumped, settings are all the same as they have always been, just don't know what to do next.

I restart the computer daily, the rest of the sync functions work great, just not the one with outlook!!!

also I have noticed that the z10 will not stay connected to the computer.
