    Broke the screen on my unlocked SQW 100 and it was replaced with and ATT SQW 100-3. I am trying to backup my old passport to my new one and it is not working. I have not done this before so not sure where the problem is so I thought I would start with the phone mis registering in the software. software is the latest blackberry link. Phone is a new SQW 100-3. bbry link sees new phone as an E73A (whatever that is).

    I'm guessing the PIN ends in E73A.
