Hello. I have a Blackberry Classic that I would like to backup on my Windows 7 Dell desktop. I never had a problem in the past with the old version of Blackberry Desktop. I have installed/uninstalled/installed Blackberry Link numerous times on my desktop. I have tried running BB Link as administrator. I have turned off my Norton Firewall to attempt running BB Link. I've run Windows compatibility mode without success. Every time I click on BB Link I get the logo on my screen and then the message "Blackberry Link has stopped working". Something on my desktop is obviously obstructing BB Link from loading and running but I can't figure out what it is. Has anyone had a similar problem and if so have you found a solution? I have the latest BB Link software and drivers. Thank you!
