I've been trying to login for many times now on a Windows 7 but it kept on saying "Unable to sign in your BlackBerry ID. Confirm you are connected to the internet and try again.". Kindly see image for your reference. Was able to uninstall and install, restart my laptop, even had to restart my Passport but still had no luck.

I have a 10.3.3 OS when I had it installed but had no problem with my other laptop running a Windows 10.

Your help will be highly appreciated. Thanks!

Uninstall everything and try reinstalling as an administrator.

Check your firewall settings to make sure no BlackBerry services are being blocked - maybe disable it for a brief time to test LINK.

Link is no longer being updated and has had problems with many Windows systems as they get updated.

These problems started about six months ago now, and there are couple threads on the issues and possible work arounds.

I suggest you work on finding alternative solutions to using Link.

Thank you so much guys. Will try this one. Hopefully I could find a work around on this as it's getting very frustrating just to transfer some files. Anyway, thanks again.
