    When I open BlackBerry link, it says my phone has been disconnected and I have to plug it in vis USB. When I do, BlackBerry link doesn't detect it at all. Can anyone help me with this?

    Do you have the latest version of Link installed (part of the Blend package found at www.blackberry.com/blend)?

    Then reboot computer and phone. Try again.
