    Having problems backing up my phone via "Link". Have in installed and installed "Link" 4 times on my PC bit still can't get the option to backup my data...
    Anyone have a solution as to how I can backup my Z10 data?

    When connecting your phone to the PC via USB cable, do you see the device registered in Link?

    What happens when you connect your device to your PC?
    Does it recognise it?
    Have you tried changing the USB settings on the device to Windows?
