    i just did factory reset on my Q10, but suddenly, my native app Link has lost on my device? how can you help me find for this? thanks

    Use the Same user name and password that you signed in with Link on your Q10.


    Connect your device and it should recognise your Q10.

    I'm not sure but i think i remember, BlackBerry link app has already on my native Q10? or you telling me to do on any computer @ download for this? thanks man.

    You need to reload link. Delete it and restart then download it. That should help
