    Can you only connect one device at a time? Why will my new z30 show as connected but nothing can be done. Do I have to remove my z10from link before I can switch devices?

    Technical problem, Emergency calls only. Please help

    Okay so I've deleted the z10 of lin and it still will not recognize the z30

    Have you rebooted the Z30? Does your computer recognise that something has been plugged in at all?
