I installed the new blackberry keyone update yesterday. This morning I turned off my phone and when i turned my phone back on, it will not load. It simply goes through a series of circles, triangles and squares continuously unless i turn it off.

Would appreciate some help!

Hold down the power button for 32 seconds.

I tried that.....didn't work. Circles, triangles, squares come back!

Then use the Mobile Upgrade Tool for a clean install of the OS.

And where do I find that? Do I have to plug in my keyone into my laptop? I'm pretty green at this?
