I just bought a Blackberry KEYone for Verizon and it currently has an April 2017 Security Patch which is clearly obsolete. When I searched for a new Update, the phone said it was up to date, which is ridiculous. Is there a way to force an update through, because if can’t get the update, I’ll have to return the phone. If anyone has a solution, I would appreciate hearing from you.

There are methods (https://forums.crackberry.com/blackb...-tool-1117513/) to download and install an OS onto the KEYone using a PC. While it's normally meant to debrick a dead device, it also acts a way to force the latest update.

If you do that on your KEYone you should end up with the June 2018 update once it's done with.
