I have the BlackBerry KeyOne. I used to access my passwords using the Fingerprint reader. However. I recently added a fingerprint and ever since, I have been unable to access the Password Keeper. It used to give me the option of using my 4 digit passcode or fingerprint. Now it only asks for password (no option to select fingerprint reader anymore). It rejects my 4 digit password. I have not changed it. Anyone, please, any ideas????? I'm at 5 attempts. 5 more and it will wipe my phone. :\\

This is a little confusing. you are talking about 2 different things here - your device password and your PK password.

If you are talking about a 4 digit password then that is is your device password and you can't even get to the PK app if you are locked out of your device. so you need to figure that one out first.
