    Silvery Keyone. Screen has popped out and turned black (but still alive). I dont mind paying to fix it, problem is I cant find support anywhere on their website. There is a form on site that requires an IMEI but obviously with phone broken I cant find that, not do I find it printed anywhere on the phone.......

    The IMEI will be on the box that the device was packaged in. I believe it may also be on the underside of the SIM tray.

    I had the same problem. I took it back to the shop I got it from. they send it to the manufacturers who in turn replace the handset
