I have a blackberry passport (white) and I just noticed my keyboard is not longer lit, when usually the keyboard lights up anytime my passport is in use. Is this an easy fix or is this an internal issue? HELP!!!

They keyboard uses the light sensor to determine if the keyboard back light needs to be on or off. If the keyboard light is off then it is probably past the light threshold or bright enough so that the phone thinks it is not needed

you can cover the sensor which is somewhere on top besides the BB logo with one hand and the light of the PKB (physikal key board) should turn on, as you give it the idea it's dark around you
