please i forgot my blackberry id password and the security question? please what do i do to reset my password?

You can go into Blackberry World and submit for a forgotton password, all you do is input your email address to which the device was setup on and go to "Forgot Password".

I have a similar problem that I hope someone can help me with. I also forgot my password, but when I requested a reset sent to my email, I never got it. The problem is, when I originally entered my email address (my user name), apparently I put an extra letter in it, so it is not actually my correct email. Is there anyway to get this fixed to my correct email address?

Resubmit with the correct email address and you should be good to go.....

When I try to submit it with the correct email address, I get a message that it is not a valid BlackBerry ID. The "valid" ID is the incorrect email address. I read on BlackBerry.com that I can change the email address, but to do so, I have to be logged in. So it looks like I'm stuck.

Update: I finally remembered my password! I logged in and corrected my email address. The issue I had with the password was an uppercase vs lowercase letter. Thanks for the help and suggestions!
