HI helpers I hope my bb ID was linked to my old email address an orange email which has now gone I didn't know what to do so when my phone broke so had to set up a new acc using my new email address but list loads of stuff from my BlackBerry World can I retrieve this situation thanks in advance Tony

Please note, if you forget your password and cannot answer the password recovery question or cannot access the email inbox/phone number associated with your BlackBerry ID, you will not be able to sign in or regain access to this BlackBerry ID account.
