    Guys,can anybody tell what happens? 2nd icon and then black screen,then load again. Wipe device?

    When BlackBerry Hub tries to load,after few seconds it restarts loading.

    Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds then let device boot up, leave it alone for 10-15 minutes before checking on it again.
