Have you tried resetting the hub by swiping 5 times from the right hand corner to the center? Have you tried rebooting?

Swipe right normally as you do to go to hub, then swipe from the top right corner of the screen to the centre of the screen five consecutive times. Be quick and make sure you are in the hub at the time of swiping.
    Done.

That trick doesn't work on 10.3, the hub will freezes but if you give it time it will come back to normal and if doesn't you have to reboot it

Having 10.3.2.2876. Perfectly working. Occasionally doing it myself with no problem of freezing.
