    This morning BBM said it couldn't connect to server, so I closed it, but it wouldn't restart in the usual manner. After several tries, I checked BlackBerry World. Error message received was "There is an issue with BlackBerry World. BlackBerry World must close now.". After reboot, I noticed many apps had been moved around on home screen.

    Further to that, I have not been able to do a backup utilizing BlackBerry Link.

    BB Q10 on 10.2.1.3023

    Anyone experienced anything similar?

    Hub has now finished it's "preparing BlackBerry hub routine after some 10-15 minutes. Nothing listed except All calls and BBM, both of which are empty. Nothing else; No email, FB, etc... Going into the phone app, the call logs are intact. I haven't done the battery pull yet.

    BBM screen now has red exclamation point. "BBM has lost its connection. Please wait while server attempts to connect."

    I had exactly the same issue today! I don't know why. My guess was I had only 2% of internal memory left. I deleted some apps (I had to many, and to many apps I didn't use too) . I hope that fixes the problem.

    Z30 10.3.2

    Does someone else knows the answer?
