Blackberry Classic won't make calls, texting is sporadic
For some reason, my phone decided to quit making phone calls over my t-mobile network last month. It decided that it can only make calls over wi-fi. I've turned off wi-fi calling, but it still gives me the prompt "To make a call over a Wi-Fi network, in your device settings, connect to a Wi-Fi network." And it won't let me make calls any other way. So my only way to make calls now is to go to where I have wi-fi, turn on the wi-fi setting and make the call. If wi-fi setting is off, or there's no wi-fi, I just get that prompt (above) and there's no way around it. I am also unable to send texts about 50% of the time. If I turn turn off and turn the phone back on, texts usually go through after a re-start. Are there any places to send phones in for repair or does anyone support Blackberries?
It is a blackberry classic, software 10.3.3.1463.
