Several of my team have Blackberry Classics.

They charge them up and power them off for travel, or across the weekend etc.

They are regularly finding them with flat batteries.

On inspection after shutting the device down (hold power button, 3, 2, 1.. off - check it is off etc.) the lightest shortest touch of the top button brings it back to life.

I would have expected a solid press for a second or two which would make sure the power button wasn't accidentally pressed would have de-risked an accidental turn back on.

Am I missing something? Even the nice Blackberry leather case/pocket doesn't protect it from turning back on all the time with the lightest touch.

Any help available? Can I make a change in settings to stop it being so sensitive to the lightest bump?

    Thanks for any input.
