[CrackBerry Question]

I have a Blackberry Classic, OS 10.3.3.2129, Verizon. For the last 2 months, my text are either hung-up trying to send, don't send, appear to have been sent via Check mark, to only change tomorrow indicating "Send Interupted by Restart".

How do I resolve this issue as I love my classic. This problem recent as of or about 2mths ago, Feb 2019.

Have you done a hard reboot? Press and hold the power button for about twelve seconds, let phone reboot and leave it alone for a few minutes. See if that fixes it.

I've had something similar start happening recently with my Q10, but with MMS over WiFi...can only send pictures over 4G. I'll try this and see.

My similar issue happens with MMS, but the error message is "failed to save message" (maybe it's different problem).

If a hard reboot doesn't fix it, call Verizon tech support and insist they escalate you to a Tier 2 rep if the first person seems clueless. I've seen several VZW users in these forums who got texting and MMS issues sorted out by going directly to Verizon.

(I have the same setup as you but texting works just fine here so far.)
