    Helloo. i have this problem bugging me day after day. when i make a call from my blackberry classic i can hear the recievers voice from the back blackberry logo. i this a feature or just my phone. it doesnt matter you reduce the volume i can still hear voices from back. is this a speak problem? everytime i make a call i can hear the voice from back logo. i dont need to hear it from the top speaker. why is this

    no just the normal call. when i dial and call someone i can hear his or her voice from the back.

    Very very strange... can you provide us more info like os version, carrier etc... work? Home? On wi-fi ? Help us help you more by providing some more info if you can.

    Okay im from Sri Lanka. we dont have carriers here. i bought it from a retail shop. this is my personal phone.OS version is 10.3.2.2639. i tried disabling the WI FI but still same thing happend

    Never heard of this issue before. Carriers are the ones who offer the mobile service. If you have a signal and are making phone calls, of which you're having this issue during, then without question you're using a carrier. The retail shop is a dealer and in no way are they a carrier.

    As far as a solution goes - connect to your computer and do a software restore first via BlackBerry Link to determine if this is the issue. The next step if this doesn't solve the issue, you should either ask the carrier for support or otherwise if the phone is defective, consult your dealer to arrange a fix or exchange.

    Ok then, turn the phone around so that the glass and keyboard are towards your ear and not facing the palm of your hand ;-)

    Serious now and joking aside, since re-loading the OS via link didn't work, perhaps you should exchange it with your dealer shop or have it sent in for warranty service?

    yes i did what you said. be reloaded the OS but the issue is there. then i wiped it. but the same issue comes. what is the best solution for this. im pretty sure my dealor shop bought this in Dubai. so so will they replace this or they fix it? its only 2 months old my phone?

    Sorry for the late reply, barring all other circumstances and such, it should be under warranty and you'll have to arrange to have it serviced under warranty. Let us know if everything has worked out.
