    Cant turn on phone and red flashing light appears. Rec that cant take out battery as fixed wondering on how to reboot ?

    Download BlackBerry Link onto your computer and try reinstalling your OS that way. If that doesn't work, we'll need to take a look at autoloader options and see if it can be restored using one of those.
